April 11 and April 18, 2015 (Saturdays, 10am-12n). Two-session hands-on training on Community Organizing and Non Violent Direct Action Tactics, sponsored by the Campaign for Change and POWER NE.
This training will provide participants the necessary skills and tools to organize and mobilize their community around specific issues, and a method to effectively participate and organize nonviolent direct actions.
Location: Both sessions will be hosted at the Children’s Academy (914-16 Turner St, Allentown).
